Starting as an Accountant, Vijay has navigated his career through finance, consultancy and has for the last 10 years held Directorship roles in multiple departments within his current company. His story demonstrates how we can transfer our skills into various departments, embrace new challenges and expand our ability - if we have the right mindset and attitude.
